What I ate Wednesday – 7/12/17 

I had a big presentation today for my internship so I started the day with breakfast which I don’t normally do.

Breakfast –


Lunch –  provided by my clinical instructor ! Vegan salad and pita for the staff! So considerate !

  • Salad
  • Pita
  • Hummus


Snack –

  • Apple
  • 2 ginger chews
  • Potatoes and ketchup
  • Watermelon
  • 10 deglet dates

Dinner –

  • Romaine
  • Gluten free fusilli salad with hummus
  • Banana

Workout

  • 30 minutes elliptical
  • NOTE : I felt so exhausted when I got home, I should have taken a rest day.

After dinner

  • Pure leaf tea

I was so exhausted, but I wanted to go see the new Spiderman Movie — so caffeine zero calorie tea was my best bet on the go.

Steps : 12,280

Calories Burned (Estimate) : 2,264

Calories Consumed (Estimate) : 1,780 (-484 deficit )

I felt good about today. I didn’t over eat. I did think about having a mint oreo at work (which are vegan!), but I didn’t, mainly because I knew I was going to try and blog my intake today and because I was so tired when I left, I forgot.
