I had a big presentation today for my internship so I started the day with breakfast which I don’t normally do.
Breakfast –
- DHA/EPA Dr. Fuhrman & B12 spray
- Silk soy yogurt – vanilla
- 1/4 cup. Not nuts ! Beach Bash Seed Mix by Enjoy Life
- Strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- Coffee with 2 sugars and Trader Joe’s soy creamer
- Harney and Sons tea – Green tea with coconut and ginger
Lunch – provided by my clinical instructor ! Vegan salad and pita for the staff! So considerate !
- Salad
- Pita
- Hummus
- Apple
- 2 ginger chews
- Potatoes and ketchup
- Watermelon
- 10 deglet dates
Dinner –
- Romaine
- Gluten free fusilli salad with hummus
- Banana
Workout
- 30 minutes elliptical
- NOTE : I felt so exhausted when I got home, I should have taken a rest day.
- Pure leaf tea
I was so exhausted, but I wanted to go see the new Spiderman Movie — so caffeine zero calorie tea was my best bet on the go.

I felt good about today. I didn’t over eat. I did think about having a mint oreo at work (which are vegan!), but I didn’t, mainly because I knew I was going to try and blog my intake today and because I was so tired when I left, I forgot.
